You can copy or move your folder with fonts to FontExpert Groups view and make it a new Group folder. For example, you can drag and drop the folder from Windows Explorer to FontExpert Groups view. (Tip: Hold Ctrl or Shift key on keybord to Copy or Move the folder.)

Another way is to choose your folder as a Groups root folder.

For example, you have:
"c:\Users\Me\Documents\My Fonts\<your folders with fonts>\" folder.

Choose Tools/Options menu command. Select "Groups" page.
Press [...] button and choose "c:\Users\Me\Documents\My Fonts\" folder as new root for Groups.

Close Options. The Groups view now will display the root group folder: "My Fonts".
